Privacy Policy

www.mbtarkansas.com — a website of ARLMFT LLC Effective Date: July 2026 | Last Revised: July 2026

1. Who We Are and What This Policy Covers

ARLMFT LLC ("we," "us," "our") operates www.mbtarkansas.com (the "Site"), an informational website for our counseling and psychotherapy practice in Rogers, Arkansas. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect through the Site, how we use it, and the choices you have.

This policy covers the Site only. It does not govern the health information of clients of our practice. If you become a client, our collection, use, and protection of your protected health information is governed by federal and state law, our Notice of Privacy Practices [link], and the informed consent documents you sign at intake — not by this website policy.

The Site is not intended to collect health information. Please do not submit symptoms, diagnoses, medications, treatment history, or other clinical details through the Site's contact features (see Section 3).

2. Information We Collect

Information you provide. If you contact us through the Site's contact form, by email, or by phone, we collect the information you choose to provide — typically your name, email address, phone number, and the contents of your message.

Information collected automatically. Like most websites, the Site collects certain usage data automatically, including IP address, browser type, device information, the pages you visit, and the dates and times of your visits. This information is collected through cookies and similar technologies provided by our website platform (Wix).

These include cookies necessary to operate the Site, cookies that remember preferences, and analytics cookies as described in Section 5.

3. A Note About Contact Form Submissions

Contact features on the Site are intended for administrative inquiries only — for example, asking about availability, fees, or scheduling a consultation. Standard web forms and email are not designed for confidential health information, and information you submit is transmitted and stored by our website and email providers. Clinical communication with established clients occurs through the secure channels described in our intake documentation.

4. How We Use Information

We use information collected through the Site to:

  • Respond to your inquiries and schedule consultations;

  • Operate, maintain, secure, and improve the Site;

  • Understand how visitors use the Site, in aggregate; and

  • Comply with applicable law.

We do not use information submitted through the Site to send newsletters, marketing, or promotional emails.

5. Cookies and Analytics

The Site uses Wix's built-in analytics tools, which rely on cookies to report aggregate information about Site traffic and usage. We use this information to understand how the Site is used and to improve it.

You can set your browser to refuse cookies or to alert you when cookies are being sent; some features of the Site may not function properly without them.

Do Not Track. The Site does not currently respond to "Do Not Track" browser signals. We do not authorize third parties to collect personally identifiable information about your online activities over time and across different websites when you use the Site, and we do not permit advertising networks to track visitors to the Site.

6. How We Share Information

We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it with advertisers or advertising networks. We share information collected through the Site only:

  • With service providers that operate the Site on our behalf — including our website platform and hosting provider (Wix) and our email provider — which are permitted to use the information only to perform services for us;

  • When required by law, court order, or valid governmental request; and

  • When we believe in good faith that disclosure is necessary to protect the rights, property, or safety of our practice, our clients, or others.

7. Data Retention

We retain information collected through the Site only as long as needed for the purposes described in this policy, and as required to comply with our legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements. Inquiries that lead to a clinical relationship become part of the practice's records and are retained under our records retention policy and applicable law.

8. Security

We use reasonable administrative and technical safeguards to protect information collected through the Site, including secure (HTTPS) transmission. No method of internet transmission or electronic storage is completely secure, however, and we cannot guarantee absolute security — another reason not to submit sensitive information through the Site.

9. Your Choices and Rights

You may contact us at any time to request access to, correction of, or deletion of the information you have submitted through the Site, and we will honor verified requests to the extent permitted by law. Depending on where you live, state law may give you additional privacy rights; requests can be directed to the contact information in Section 12. Note that this section applies to website data — client records are governed by our Notice of Privacy Practices and applicable healthcare records law.

The Site is operated from the United States and is intended for visitors located in the United States.

10. Children's Privacy

The Site is not directed to anyone under 18, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 18 through the Site. If you believe a minor has provided us personal information through the Site, please contact us and we will delete it.

11. Third-Party Links

The Site may link to third-party websites and services — such as professional directories, scheduling tools, or a client portal — that we do not operate or control. Their privacy practices are governed by their own policies, which we encourage you to review.

12. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The current version will always be posted on this page with an updated "Last Revised" date, and changes are effective when posted.
