Terms and Conditions

https://www.mbtarkansas.com/— a website of ARLMFT LLC

Effective Date: July 2026 | Last Revised: July 2026

1. Agreement to These Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") are a legally binding agreement between you and ARLMFT LLC  ("we," "us," "our"), an Arkansas limited liability company located in Rogers, Arkansas, governing your access to and use of https://www.mbtarkansas.com/ and its content (the "Site").

The Site provides general information about our counseling and psychotherapy practice, the services we offer, and educational content related to mental health. By accessing or using the Site, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.

We may revise these Terms at any time. The current version will always be posted on this page with an updated "Last Revised" date, and your continued use of the Site after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

2. The Site Does Not Provide Therapy

Use of this Site does not create a therapist–client relationship. The content on this Site — including all pages, articles, blog posts, downloadable materials, and responses to inquiries — is provided for general informational and educational purposes only. It is not psychotherapy, counseling, clinical advice, diagnosis, or treatment, and it is not a substitute for care from a licensed mental health professional who has evaluated your individual circumstances.

A therapist–client relationship with us is established only after you have completed our intake process and signed a written informed consent for treatment. Browsing the Site, reading its content, submitting a contact form, sending an email, or scheduling a consultation does not make you a client.

Never disregard professional advice or delay seeking it because of something you read on this Site.

3. Not for Emergencies

This Site is not monitored continuously and is not a crisis resource. If you are experiencing a mental health emergency, are in danger, or are having thoughts of harming yourself or someone else, do not use this Site or its contact features to seek help.

Instead:

  • Call or text 988 (Suicide & Crisis Lifeline), or

  • Call 911, or

  • Go to your nearest emergency room.

Messages submitted through the Site may not be read promptly, and we cannot guarantee any response time.

4. Communications and Contact Forms

By using the Site's contact features or emailing us, you consent to receive electronic communications from us, and you agree that such communications satisfy any legal requirement that communications be in writing.

Please do not include sensitive clinical information — such as symptoms, diagnoses, medications, or treatment history — in contact form submissions or unencrypted email. Standard email and web forms are not guaranteed to be secure or confidential. Contact features on this Site are intended for administrative inquiries only (for example, asking about availability, fees, or scheduling a consultation). Clinical communication with established clients occurs through the secure channels described in our intake documentation.

Any information you do submit through the Site is handled as described in our Privacy Policy (see Section 6).

5. Eligibility and Scope of Services

The Site is intended for users who are at least 18 years of age. Minors may use the Site only with the involvement of a parent or legal guardian.

Clinical services described on this Site are provided only to clients located in the State of Arkansas. Information on this Site is not an offer to provide psychotherapy in any jurisdiction where we are not licensed to practice.

6. Privacy

Your use of the Site is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which explains what information the Site collects and how it is used. For information about how our practice uses and protects protected health information as required by HIPAA, please see our Notice of Privacy Practices. Both documents are incorporated into these Terms by reference.

7. Intellectual Property

Unless otherwise indicated, all content on the Site — including text, articles, graphics, logos, images, audio, video, downloadable materials, and the Site's design and arrangement — is owned by or licensed to ARLMFT LLC and is protected by United States copyright and trademark law.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, revocable license to access the Site and to view, download, or print content solely for your personal, non-commercial use. Except as permitted by that license or by applicable law, no portion of the Site or its content may be copied, reproduced, republished, distributed, publicly displayed, sold, or exploited for any commercial purpose without our prior written permission. All rights not expressly granted are reserved.

8. Acceptable Use

You agree to use the Site only for lawful purposes. In connection with the Site, you agree not to:

  • Use the Site in any way that violates applicable law or regulation;

  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Site, its server, or any connected systems, or interfere with or disrupt the Site's operation;

  • Circumvent or disable any security-related features of the Site;

  • Use robots, scrapers, data-mining tools, or other automated means to access or collect content or information from the Site;

  • Upload or transmit viruses, malware, or any other harmful code;

  • Impersonate any person or misrepresent your affiliation with any person or entity;

  • Use the Site or any information obtained from it to harass, abuse, or harm another person; or

  • Frame or mirror the Site, or remove any copyright or proprietary notices from its content.

We reserve the right to restrict or terminate access to the Site (including by blocking IP addresses), without notice, for any violation of these Terms or applicable law, and to pursue any available legal remedies.

9. Feedback and Submissions

If you send us comments, suggestions, or other feedback about the Site or our practice, you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use that feedback for any lawful purpose, without obligation to you. Please do not submit confidential or clinical information as feedback.

10. Third-Party Links and Services

The Site may contain links to third-party websites, directories, scheduling tools, client portals, or other services (for example, a practice management portal or professional directory listings). These are provided for convenience only. We do not control third-party sites or services and are not responsible for their content, availability, privacy practices, or terms. Your use of any third-party site or service is at your own risk and subject to that party's own terms and policies.

11. Disclaimers

THE SITE AND ITS CONTENT ARE PROVIDED ON AN "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" BASIS. TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING THE IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

While we make reasonable efforts to keep the Site's content accurate and current, we make no representations or warranties that the content is accurate, complete, or up to date, or that the Site will be uninterrupted, secure, or free of errors or viruses. We may change, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Site at any time without notice.

12. Limitation of Liability

TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, ARLMFT LLC AND ITS MEMBERS, OFFICERS, EMPLOYEES, AND AGENTS WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR FOR ANY LOSS OF DATA, ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO YOUR USE OF (OR INABILITY TO USE) THE SITE OR ITS CONTENT.

Nothing in these Terms limits or excludes any liability that cannot be limited or excluded under applicable law. For clarity, this section applies to use of the Site; it does not govern or limit any professional relationship formed under a separate written informed consent for treatment.

13. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless ARLMFT LLC and its members, officers, employees, and agents from and against any claims, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of your violation of these Terms or your misuse of the Site.

14. Governing Law and Venue

These Terms, and any dispute arising out of or relating to them or your use of the Site, are governed by the laws of the State of Arkansas, without regard to its conflict-of-law principles. You agree that the state and federal courts located in Benton County, Arkansas shall have exclusive jurisdiction over any such dispute, and you consent to personal jurisdiction and venue in those courts.

15. General Provisions

These Terms, together with the policies incorporated by reference in Sections 1 and 6, constitute the entire agreement between you and us regarding use of the Site. If any provision of these Terms is found unlawful or unenforceable, that provision will be severed and the remaining provisions will remain in full effect. Our failure to enforce any provision is not a waiver of it. We may assign our rights and obligations under these Terms; you may not assign yours without our written consent. Nothing in these Terms creates any partnership, employment, or agency relationship between you and us.
